Looks like I'm the only one who cares for old bloggy! :o)
I've been sitting at my desk with bad posture for a little while, and now I have this sore spot on my back that just won't go away, and it actually feels more comfortable to keep sitting with the bad posture, but I know that will only make it worse. Breaking bad habits is hard. I think avoiding making them in the first place is probably the way to go.
The Bible talks about this, about watching your practice and doctrine closely. Doctrine is what we think about God and this world. Do you believe in the Bible? Do you know what the Bible says about how to live your life? The Bible speaks to each and every situation we could ever encounter. The way we understand and believe the Bible will affect our practice, it will affect how we respond in the various situations we find ourselves day after day. If we get off in one, we will be off in the other, and once we get off, it takes a lot more effort to get back on, than if we would have been watching ourselves closely from the beginning to insure that we are staying on the straight and narrow.
So, my encouragement to you...sit up straight and don't stray from right doctrine or practice.

Poor old bloggy! I know what you mean about breaking bad habits. With finals in two weeks I've been fighting my laziness and trying to kill the habit of procrastination. Speaking of which...
